Dear Potential Sponsor,

The Northwest Quarter Horse Association (NWFQHA) is proud to offer some exciting sponsorship opportunities for the 2020 horse show season. NWFQHA hosts three American Quarter Horse Association approved shows in Pensacola, FL each year.
These horse shows bring exhibitors from all over the Southeast and beyond. One exhibitor even came from California last year! The exhibitors stay for 3-5 days on average and some extend their stay to explore the beach and other activities that the area has to offer. While in town, these exhibitors spend money and increase revenue for local businesses. The estimated economic impact for the area is $200,000 per horse show.

Our goal is to increase our exhibitor numbers for 2020 and to improve the quality of our horse shows. In order to accomplish those goals, we are seeking sponsors that would like to promote their businesses during our shows. These sponsorship opportunities will allow our exhibitors to become familiar with your business and help you to gain customers with limited effort.

We have several sponsorship opportunities available and we would love to collaborate with your business to make 2020 a successful year for everyone involved!

CLASS SPONSOR ($25) – 139 Available per Show

This level of sponsorship will allow you to sponsor ONE class of your choice at ONE Show*
- Logo or Business Card displayed on sponsor board next the registration booth at show.
- Verbal recognition of business during the show and when the class winners are announced.

CLASS SPONSOR ($75) – 139 Available

This level of sponsorship will allow you to sponsor ONE class of your choice for our entire show season*
- Logo or Business Card displayed on sponsor board next the registration booth at each of the shows.
- Verbal recognition of business during each show and when the class winners are announced.
- Promotion of business on NWFQHA Facebook page and website for the remainder of 2020.

ALL-AROUND SPONSOR ($250) – 9 Available

This level of sponsorship will allow you to sponsor ONE all around division of your choice for our entire show season*
- Large logo displayed on sponsor board next the registration booth at each of the shows.
- Verbal recognition of business during each show and when the all-around winners are announced.
- Promotion of business on NWFQHA Facebook page and website for the remainder of 2020.
- Ability to provide promotional items for our board members to pass out at the horse shows.

SHOW SPONSOR ($600) – 6 Available

This level of sponsorship will allow you to be a premium show sponsor for our entire show season*
- Banner displayed in prominent location throughout each of the three shows (banner must be provided by business)
- Large logo displayed on sponsor board next the registration booth at each of the shows.
- Verbal recognition of business during each show.
- Promotion of business on NWFQHA Facebook page and website for the remainder of 2020.
- Ability to provide promotional items for our board members to pass out at the horse shows.

ONSITE VENDOR SPONSOR ($250) – Limited Number, Based on Space Availability

This level of sponsorship will allow you to set up a display of products on site at ONE horse show*
- Large logo displayed on sponsor board next the registration booth at each of the shows.
- Verbal recognition of business during each show.
- Promotion of business on NWFQHA Facebook page and website for the remainder of 2020.
- Ability to provide promotional items for our board members to pass out at the horse shows.
